Commends and congratulates Baryn Caleb Rasberry of Oxford, Mississippi, for achieving the Eagle Scout Award on January 8, 2012.

Recognizes Rasberry's membership in the Chicksa District of the Yocona Area Council Troop 45 and his completion of required merit badges.

Honors Rasberry's Eagle Scout project at the Lafayette County law enforcement police range, which included cleaning and repainting metal targets and constructing four new shooting benches for public and law enforcement use.

Directs the House to recognize young Mississippians who attain scouting's highest rank and bring honor to their family, school, community, and state.

Requires copies of the resolution to be provided to Rasberry and members of the Capitol Press Corps.
