Commends and congratulates the Leakesville Bearcats Football Team for winning the 2011 Mississippi Youth Football Association State Championship in the seven- and eight-year-olds division.

Recognizes the team's undefeated regular season record of 11-0, scoring 254 total points while allowing opponents only 54 points.

Acknowledges the team's playoff victories over Lake Hornets (28-6), Petal Panthers (28-8), Waynesboro War Eagles (22-14), and Scott Central Rebels (12-8) in the championship game on December 10, 2011.

Recognizes Head Coach Ken Walley and Assistant Coaches Jo Jo McCann, Lenard Johnson, and Oliver Walley for leading the championship team.

Directs distribution of resolution copies to the Leakesville Bearcats Football Team, Head Coach Ken Walley, and members of the Capitol Press Corps.
