Highlights his awards and honors, including Country Doctor of the Year in 2000, induction into the Caring Institute's Hall of Fame for Caring Americans in 2004, and Humanitarian of the Year recognition in 2005.

Acknowledges his extensive community service as a member of the Scott County School Board, Veterans of Foreign Wars, American Legion, Chamber of Commerce, and as team physician for Morton High School football for over 50 years.
