Commends the lives of Samuel Clayton Kelly, Jr., Charles Walker Kelly, and Bryant Mason Wilbanks, who died on October 30, 2011, while returning to the University of Mississippi.

Recognizes the three young men as Madison Central High School graduates and members of the Kappa Alpha Order pledge class who maintained a close friendship throughout high school and college.

Notes that Samuel Clayton Kelly, Jr. was born July 29, 1993, Charles Walker Kelly was born October 5, 1992, and Bryant Mason Wilbanks was born July 8, 1992, and were posthumously initiated into Kappa Alpha Order on January 28, 2012.

Expresses deepest sympathy to their families and friends and directs copies of the resolution be furnished to the families, University of Mississippi, Kappa Alpha Order, Madison Central High School, and the Capitol Press Corps.
