Commends Command Sergeant Major Brian K. Belue from Tishomingo County for becoming the youngest person to reach the rank of Command Sergeant Major in the Mississippi National Guard.

Recognizes Belue's over 23 years of service in the Mississippi National Guard since graduating from Fort Knox training in 1988, including service in Operation Desert Storm (1990-1991) and two tours in Operation Iraqi Freedom (2004-2006 and 2009-2010).

Notes Belue's military education credentials including Primary and Advanced Non-Commissioned Officers courses, First Sergeants Course, United States Army Sergeant Majors Academy, and a business degree from Union University.

Documents Belue's extensive military decorations including the Bronze Star, Meritorious Service Medal, Army Commendation Medal (3), Combat Action Medal, and numerous campaign and service medals.

Directs copies of the resolution be furnished to Command Sergeant Major Belue and members of the Capitol Press Corps.
