Commends the life and legacy of Patrick Lewis Arrington of Vossburg, Mississippi, who passed away on March 18, 2012, at age 51.

Recognizes Arrington's service in the United States Navy from 1983 to 1991 as an electronic warfare technician and supervisor, following his graduation from Quitman High School.

Honors his active membership in civic organizations including Heidelberg Brotherhood Club, Gibraltar Lodge #471, American Legion Post 210, and the Brothers of Cheerful Giving, as well as his involvement in church and community youth programs.

Extends deepest sympathy to surviving family members including his mother Rosie Mae Arrington, three children, seven siblings, and seven grandchildren.

Directs distribution of resolution copies to the Arrington family and Capitol Press Corps.
