Recognizes the band's exceptional record since 2004, including state championship titles in 2004, 2007, 2008, and 2011, with runner-up finishes in 2005, 2006, 2009, and 2010.

Documents the band's numerous national honors including performances at Disney's Magic Music Days, the National Cherry Blossom Parade, international music festivals, and hundreds of superior ratings at regional and state competitions.

Lists the 2011-2012 band roster of approximately 130 student members and recognizes the directing staff led by Reuben McDowell with assistant directors William Frazier and Bill Thompson.
