Commends the Booneville High School Blue Devils boys basketball team for their 2011-2012 season with a 31-4 record and runner-up finish in the Mississippi High School Activities Association Class 3A State Championship.

Recognizes the team's consecutive appearance at the state championship level and their capture of the Division 1-3A Tournament Championship and 3A North-Half Championship.

Names 18 team members including Darius Leach, Keldrick Lesley, Shaq Prather, Jake Hall, and others, along with five managers.

Commends Head Coach Michael Smith and Assistant Coaches Brian Windham and Micah Moment, as well as athletic trainer Jock Calamese, for their leadership and development of the players.

Directs that copies of the resolution be furnished to Booneville High School, the coaches, athletic trainer, and members of the Capitol Press Corps.
