Commends and congratulates the Bay High School Steppers for winning the 2011 Class 4A State Dance Championship at the Mississippi High School Activities Association State Dance Competition.

Recognizes the team's achievements including first place finishes in Kick and Jazz Championship Divisions, with senior lead captain Chae Levy placing second in the solo division.

Acknowledges prior championships including 2010 MHSAA Class 4A State Kick and Jazz Champions, and honors from the 2011-2012 school year including first place Home Routine and Team Leadership Award at Universal Dance Association Summer Camp.
