Amends Section 13-5-41 of the Mississippi Code to revise the maximum number of grand jurors from an unspecified limit to twenty (25).

Maintains the minimum number of grand jurors at fifteen (15), with the final number determined at the court's discretion.

Takes effect July 1, 2012.
