Amends Section 69-5-114 of the Mississippi Code to extend the repealer date for free use of livestock facilities from July 1, 2012 to July 1, 2016.

Future Farmers of America, 4-H Club, Junior Livestock Association, and United States Pony Club, Inc. members may continue to hold up to three animal or livestock shows or sales per year at no charge for facility use and utilities.

Applies only to livestock facilities constructed, renovated, or expanded with funds from the grant program authorized under Section 18 of Chapter 530, Laws of 1995.

Becomes effective upon passage.
