Extends the repeal date for the Commission on Wildlife, Fisheries and Parks' authority to regulate hunting of nonnative cervids in noncommercial wildlife enclosures from July 1, 2012 to July 1, 2014.

Establishes that violations of nonnative cervid hunting regulations in noncommercial wildlife enclosures are Class I violations punishable under Section 49-7-141.

Extends the repeal date for the Commission's authority to regulate hunting of nonnative cervids within commercial wildlife enclosures from July 1, 2012 to July 1, 2014.

Clarifies that violations of Chapter 49-11 (commercial wildlife enclosures and shooting preserves) are Class I violations, with multiple violators subject to double the maximum allowable fine.
