Amends Section 27-69-9 of the Mississippi Code to authorize the Commissioner of Revenue to notify manufacturers, wholesalers, and distributors of permit revocations either manually or electronically.

Commissioner of Revenue may revoke permits after a second offense for violations of tobacco tax laws or related regulations.

When a permit is revoked, all permit holders must be notified that they are prohibited from selling taxable tobacco to the affected dealer or retailer.

Commissioner shall specify by rule or regulation the method by which permit revocation notifications will be made.

Takes effect upon passage.
