Amends Section 37-9-105 of Mississippi Code to clarify deadlines for notifying teachers and administrators of nonreemployment decisions by school districts.

Principals must receive written notice of nonreemployment on or before March 1.

Teachers, administrators, and other professional educators must receive notice on or before April 15, or within 10 calendar days after the Governor approves the state education budget appropriation bill(s), whichever date is later.

Exempts interim conservators and school boards acting on recommendations of financial advisors from complying with the time limitations for recommending reemployment decisions.

Takes effect July 1, 2012.
