Requires agritourism professionals to post warning signs with one-inch black letters at entrances and activity sites, and include warning notices in written contracts with participants.

Establishes exceptions to liability protection for willful or wanton disregard for safety, failure to disclose known dangerous conditions, intentional injury, and products liability claims.

Requires annual registration with the Mississippi Department of Agriculture and Commerce for agritourism professionals at a $50 fee, with the Department maintaining a public list and promotion role; act repeals July 1, 2014.
