Deletes the automatic repeal date on Mississippi Code Section 97-41-18, making the prohibition on canine-hog fights permanent.

Prohibits organizing or conducting commercial "catch" events involving combat or fighting between canines and hogs where animals would be injured, maimed, mutilated or killed.

Makes it unlawful to financially or materially support events that violate the canine-hog fighting prohibition.

Exempts "bay events" where trained hunting or herding dogs locate and corner hogs with competitive points deducted if a hog is caught, and exempts lawful hog hunting with canines and herding of livestock hogs.

Establishes penalties of a fine not to exceed $1,000, imprisonment up to 6 months, or both for violations.
