Amends Section 97-21-57 of the Mississippi Code to clarify that selling or possessing counterfeit goods is prohibited whether or not disclosure is made to the purchaser.

Expands the offense to include possession with intent to sell or vend counterfeit goods, in addition to selling or vending.

Establishes felony penalties of up to 5 years imprisonment and up to $10,000 fine for counterfeit goods with aggregate retail value of $1,000 or more.

Establishes misdemeanor penalties of up to 1 year imprisonment and up to $5,000 fine for counterfeit goods with aggregate retail value less than $1,000.

Property used in violation of this section is subject to forfeiture; effective July 1, 2012.
