Authorizes the City of Olive Branch, Mississippi to assist DeSoto County, Tennessee governmental entities, and other parties in improving Stateline Road and removing safety hazards.

Permits Olive Branch to resurface, realign, and perform necessary work on Stateline Road including portions located in Tennessee, subject to Tennessee entity approval and landowner consent.

Allows Olive Branch to remove safety hazards on or adjacent to Stateline Road in Tennessee if deemed dangerous by city authorities, with written agreement from Tennessee governmental entities and easements from affected landowners.

Authorizes Olive Branch to compensate Tennessee landowners for necessary easements and property damages, and to enter into agreements defining the scope of work and repair responsibilities.

Permits Olive Branch to cooperate and contract with Tennessee entities to jointly undertake Stateline Road construction and maintenance projects and share associated costs under applicable Tennessee public purchasing laws.
