Adds four new areas of study for the Mississippi Commission on the Status of Women: inequitable pay gaps between men and women, child support guidelines and poverty reduction, representation of women on state boards and commissions, and administrative workforce representation in state agencies.

Requires the commission to develop annual statistics on the number of women employed in administrative, executive, and clerical positions in state agencies, with all state agencies required to cooperate in providing this information.

Directs the Office of Secretary of State to create and maintain an online database of women holding elected office and serving on Mississippi boards and commissions, updated monthly for use by the commission in making recommendations to the Legislature.

Expands the commission's role to educate business, education, and government communities about gender discrimination and violence against women, and to promote consideration of qualified women for all levels of government positions.

Requires the commission's annual report to the Governor and Legislature, beginning November 2012, to include surveys and recommendations on pay gaps, child support guidelines, and women's representation in state agencies, with any recommended legislation.
