Permits brewery permit holders to offer limited beer samples on brewery premises for tasting purposes, provided the beer is manufactured in Mississippi.

Samples must be provided free of charge for on-premises consumption only, in conjunction with a structured brewery tour, between 8:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m.

Limits individual samples to 6 ounces maximum with no more than 6 samples provided to any person within a 24-hour period; prohibits anyone under 21 years old from participating.

Exempts brewery sampling activities from existing regulations requiring original packaging labels and from prohibitions on purchasing beer outside the wholesale distribution system.

Effective July 1, 2012.
