Exempts employees of licensed independent adjusters or their affiliates from adjuster licensure if they collect claim information, furnish claim information to insureds or claimants, and perform data entry into automated claims adjudication systems, provided no more than 25 such persons work under one licensed independent adjuster or licensed agent.

Defines "automated claims adjudication system" as a preprogrammed computer system for collection, data entry, calculation, and final resolution of portable electronics insurance claims that must comply with all insurance code payment requirements and be certified by a licensed independent adjuster.

Prohibits the Insurance Commissioner from denying reciprocal licensure to an insurance adjuster applicant with a valid license from another state solely because that person is not a resident of the United States of America.

Takes effect July 1, 2012.
