• Amends Section 83-5-205 to require examination of all insurers licensed in Mississippi at minimum once every five years instead of three years.

• Amends Section 83-29-45 to require examination of domestic societies licensed in Mississippi at minimum once every five years.

• Amends Section 83-41-337 to require examination of health maintenance organizations licensed in Mississippi at minimum once every five years.

• Amends Section 83-49-27 to require examination of prepaid legal services plan sponsors at minimum once every five years.

• Takes effect July 1, 2012.
