Creates the Mississippi Registered Agents Act (Chapter 79-35) establishing uniform statewide rules for registered agents serving entities, replacing scattered provisions across corporate, LLC, and partnership laws.

Defines commercial registered agents (those listed with Secretary of State) and noncommercial registered agents, with commercial agents permitted to serve multiple entities and noncommercial agents serving individual entities.

Establishes filing fees: $100 for commercial agent listing, $50 for termination, $10 per entity for statement of change (capped at $1,000), and allows Secretary of State to reduce fees for electronic filings.

Requires registered agents to forward process and notices to represented entities and maintain current information; provides procedures for agent resignation, changes in agent information, and service of process when agent cannot be located.

Repeals scattered registered agent provisions from corporation, nonprofit, partnership, and LLC statutes and adds administrative dissolution procedures for entities that fail to maintain proper registered agents; effective January 1, 2013.
