Extends the repeal date from July 1, 2012 to July 1, 2015 for key provisions of Mississippi's Physical Therapy Practice Law

Maintains definitions for physical therapy, physical therapist, and physical therapist assistant, including scope of practice and supervision requirements

Preserves requirements that physical therapists obtain a prescription or referral from physicians, dentists, osteopaths, podiatrists, chiropractors, physician assistants, or nurse practitioners before providing services, with specified exceptions

Continues protections on the use of professional titles and abbreviations (PT, DPT, LPT, RPT, PTA, LPTA) limiting them to licensed practitioners only

Retains grounds for disciplinary action against licensees, including negligence, fraud, felony convictions, sexual misconduct, failure to maintain adequate patient records, and practicing without proper referrals
