Authorizes the issuance of distinctive license tags to Mississippi residents supporting New Albany High School upon payment of an additional $30.00 annual fee, with color and design prescribed by the Department of Revenue in consultation with the school's principal.

Tax collectors retain $2.00 from each application fee and deposit it into the county general fund, while remitting the remainder to the Department of Revenue monthly.

Distributes each $30.00 fee as follows: $24.00 to New Albany High School's athletic program, $1.00 to the Mississippi Burn Care Fund, $2.00 to the State Highway Fund, and $1.00 to a special fund created in Section 27-19-44.2.

Requires surrender of regular license tags upon issuance of distinctive tags and allows two license decals per tag; establishes a $10.00 replacement fee for lost or stolen tags with 5% retained by the tax collector.

Effective July 1, 2012, with fees running concurrently with the vehicle's established license tag year and due annually upon renewal registration.
