Amends Section 57-75-11 of Mississippi Code to authorize the Mississippi Major Economic Impact Authority to convey property acquired under the Mississippi Major Economic Impact Act to entities for economic development purposes, in addition to the original enterprise.

Modifies paragraph (o) to allow property leases, sales, or conveyances to "any entity for purposes in furtherance of economic development as determined by the authority," not just to the original enterprise or its successors.

Changes the property reversion provision to reference the "transferee" instead of limiting reversion rights, allowing broader flexibility in conveyance terms.

Becomes effective upon passage.
