Reenacts sections 41-39-101 through 41-39-147 of the Mississippi Uniform Anatomical Gift Act (UAGA), establishing comprehensive procedures for making, amending, and revoking anatomical gifts of organs, tissues, and eyes.

Allows adults, emancipated minors, agents, parents of minors, and guardians to make anatomical gifts through driver's licenses, identification cards, wills, donor registries, or signed documents with witness requirements.

Establishes a priority order for family members to make anatomical gifts on behalf of deceased persons, subject to any refusals or prior gifts made by the decedent.

Prohibits buying or selling anatomical parts for valuable consideration (felony punishable by fine up to $50,000 or imprisonment up to 5 years) while allowing reasonable charges for processing and preservation services.

Extends the automatic repeal date of the UAGA from July 1, 2012 to July 1, 2014, and requires the Department of Public Safety to establish or contract for a donor registry accessible 24/7.
