Extends the automatic repeal date for educational and experience qualification requirements for licensed psychologists from July 1, 2015 to July 1, 2015 (no change to existing repeal date)

Adds requirement that applicants must not be currently under investigation by another licensure board as a condition for licensure

Maintains existing requirements for psychologist licensure including doctoral degree in psychology from accredited institution, two years supervised experience with 2,000 hours annually, and passing written and oral examinations

Effective date is July 1, 2012
