Allows a hospital in DeSoto County to certify all 40 beds in its psychiatric residential treatment facility for Medicaid participation, removing previous restrictions limiting Medicaid beds to 15.

Permits a hospital in DeSoto County to certify up to 52 acute child/adolescent psychiatric beds for full Medicaid participation, eliminating prior limitations on Medicaid reimbursement.

Authorizes a children's residential treatment facility in Winston County (Louisville) to certify up to 25 acute child/adolescent psychiatric beds for Medicaid participation without restrictions.

Allows a residential treatment facility in Rankin County (Flowood) to certify up to 74 acute child/adolescent psychiatric beds for full Medicaid participation, removing previous Medicaid caps.

Facilities need only provide written notice to the State Department of Health and Division of Medicaid to implement these changes; no additional certificate of need application required.
