Extends the repeal date of nursing home administrator licensure requirements from July 1, 2012 to July 1, 2015.

Maintains eligibility requirements including age 21 or older, good moral character with criminal background check, good health, specified education and supervisory experience, and successful completion of National Association of Long-Term Care Administrator Board (NAB) examination.

Allows individuals not licensed as of July 1, 2011 who apply by June 30, 2012 to qualify under previous requirements if they complete the Administrator-in-Training Program and meet all obligations by January 31, 2014.

Permits reciprocity for out-of-state nursing home administrators with equivalent licensure standards who have passed both NAB and state exams.

Takes effect July 1, 2012.
