Amends Mississippi Code sections 73-21-179 and 73-21-183 to establish detailed procedures for pharmacy benefit manager audits, including requirement for 2-week advance notice before on-site or desk audits and prohibition on audit initiation during the first 5 calendar days of any month.

Limits audits to 25 randomly selected prescriptions unless auditing a specifically identified problem, and restricts entities to no more than 2 audits per pharmacy per calendar year except for identified problem audits.

Requires pharmacy benefit managers to conduct audits only by or in consultation with pharmacists for matters involving clinical or professional judgment, and prohibits recoupments based on documentation or professional duty requirements exceeding Mississippi State Board of Pharmacy standards.

Establishes penalties on pharmacy benefit managers of not less than $1,000 per violation and not more than $50,000 per violation for noncompliance with the Pharmacy Audit Integrity Act, with collected penalties deposited into the State Pharmacy Board's special fund.

Provides pharmacy audit report timelines requiring preliminary reports within 120 days and final reports within 180 days, allows pharmacies 30 days to respond to discrepancies, and requires exit interviews at audit conclusion with timing agreed upon by the pharmacy.
