Amends Section 97-32-9 of Mississippi Code to add penalties for minors found in violation of tobacco access laws

Allows courts to order up to 3 hours of community service for minors under 18 years of age who possess tobacco products while concurrently violating any other statute

Specifies that community service is imposed in addition to any other punishment the court orders

Provides that tobacco possession violations are not recorded on a minor's criminal history and records must be expunged upon completion of the court's order, except from youth court records

Takes effect July 1, 2012
