Amends Mississippi Code sections 89-7-31, 89-7-41, and 89-8-13 to allow landlords to dispose of personal property abandoned by evicted tenants in dwelling units.

Requires summons in eviction proceedings to include a statement notifying tenants that if they fail to remove their personal property by the judge-ordered date, the landlord may dispose of it without further notice or obligation.

When a judge rules in favor of a landlord, the judge must set a specific date and time for the tenant to remove personal property; any property not removed by that deadline is deemed abandoned and may be disposed of by the landlord.

Clarifies that in cases of nonpayment of rent, the landlord may seek removal of the tenant and the tenant's personal property through eviction procedures under Chapter 7 of Title 89.
