Authorizes Pearl River Valley Water Supply District Reservoir Patrol officers to participate in joint multijurisdictional training exercises, law enforcement operations, and search and rescue operations.

Grants Reservoir Patrol officers authority to exercise law enforcement powers under Section 51-9-175 within the jurisdiction where training, operations, or emergencies occur.

Allows Reservoir Patrol to enter into agreements with other jurisdictions regarding circumstances and administration of emergency assistance, subject to governing board approval.

Maintains Reservoir Patrol officers under the authority of their Patrol Chief unless otherwise directed by agreement, National Incident Management System assignment, or disaster/emergency declaration.

Permits Reservoir Patrol to seek reimbursement for services and related expenses when available; effective upon passage.
