Renames the Pearl River Valley Water Supply District Reservoir Patrol to Pearl River Valley Water Supply District Reservoir Police throughout all relevant code sections.

Authorizes Reservoir Police officers to participate in joint multijurisdictional training exercises, law enforcement operations, and search and rescue operations with other jurisdictions.

Grants Reservoir Police officers the authority to exercise law enforcement powers within the jurisdiction of multijurisdictional training, operations, or emergency declarations.

Allows Reservoir Police to provide emergency assistance to municipalities, counties, state agencies, federal agencies, and during gubernatorial or presidential emergency declarations, with ability to seek reimbursement for services and expenses.

Maintains existing provisions requiring officers to remain under Reservoir Police Chief authority or National Incident Management System command unless otherwise directed by emergency declarations or mutual aid agreements.
