Expands Mississippi's existing beach littering law to include areas of the Pearl River Valley Water Supply District that are inundated by water, as well as public parks, public boat ramps, and public recreational areas within the district

Prohibits bringing, putting, throwing, dumping, or leaving cans, bottles, jars, glassware, broken glass, or any debris that might cause injury to barefoot persons in these designated areas

Violations constitute a misdemeanor offense punishable by a fine not exceeding $20.00 per offense
