Grants airport authorities and municipalities a lien on all aircraft landing at their airports for unpaid fees and charges when payment is not made immediately upon demand

Lien attaches to any aircraft at the airport owned or operated by the person who owes the unpaid fees, covering the full amount due

Liens may be enforced through existing Mississippi law procedures under Sections 85-7-31 through 85-7-53

Prohibits aircraft owners or operators from removing or attempting to remove their aircraft from the airport after receiving notice of the lien or after notice is posted on the aircraft
