Authorizes package retailers to sample new products furnished by manufacturer's representatives at their permitted place of business.

Creates temporary tasting permits allowing one tasting or sampling event per permit at a package retailer's location, limited to maximum 12 permits per calendar year per retailer.

Creates tasting permits allowing package retailers to conduct up to 12 tasting or sampling events per year at their location.

Restricts all tasting events to maximum 4 hours duration, requires cordoned-off areas separate from point of sale, limits samples to 1/4 ounce each with cumulative maximum of 1 ounce per person, and restricts participants to age 21 and older.

Sets permit fees at $10.00 for temporary tasting permits and $125.00 annually for tasting permits; products tasted must be from retailer's existing inventory.
