Authorizes the Mississippi Transportation Commission to transfer 0.35 acres of real property in Pontotoc County to the GM&O Rails to Trails Recreational District of North Mississippi.

Authorizes the GM&O Rails to Trails Recreational District to transfer 0.60 acres of real property in Pontotoc County to the Mississippi Transportation Commission in exchange.

Mississippi retains all mineral rights and timber rights on the property transferred to the recreational district, with a reasonable time allowed to remove timber.

Property conveyed to the recreational district must be used for public or economic development purposes within 10 years or it reverts to the State of Mississippi.

Act takes effect upon passage.
