Amends maximum fees charged by the Mississippi Real Estate Commission for appraisal management company initial registration to $1,000 and renewal registration to $1,000, with authority to increase both to $1,500 beginning July 1, 2015 if necessary for regulation and enforcement.

Requires appraisal management company applicants to submit a $20,000 surety bond payable to the State of Mississippi to protect persons suffering damages from breach of contract or violation of law.

Changes appraisal management company registration period from biennial to annual, making registrations valid for one year from the date of issuance.

Clarifies that application fees, renewal fees, and related provisions expire on July 1, 2016.

Takes effect July 1, 2012.
