Appropriates $6,943,240 from the State General Fund and $72,837,010 from the State Treasury to the Mississippi Community College Board for administrative expenses for fiscal year 2013 (July 1, 2012 - June 30, 2013).

Appropriates $38,531,690 for Workforce Education Program and Industrial Training, with commitments requiring approval from the Executive Director.

Designates $25,000,000 from unemployment compensation contributions for workforce training and $30,000,000 transferred from the Department of Education for post-secondary career and technical education operations.
