• Appropriates $307,777.00 from the State General Fund to the Commission on Judicial Performance for fiscal year 2013 (July 1, 2012 - June 30, 2013).

• Appropriates an additional $198,422.00 from money in the State Treasury credited to the Commission on Judicial Performance for the same fiscal period.

• Authorizes 5 permanent full-time positions for the Commission on Judicial Performance.
