Appropriates $65,745 to the Mississippi State Board of Chiropractic Examiners for fiscal year 2013 (July 1, 2012 through June 30, 2013)

Requires the Board to maintain complete accounting and personnel records for all expenditures in the same format and detail level as fiscal year 2012

Mandates the agency submit its fiscal year 2014 budget request to the Joint Legislative Budget Committee in comparable format to the 2013 request process

Requires purchasing preference for Mississippi Industries for the Blind when bids are equal in price, quality, and service, or when purchases are made without competitive bids

Effective date of July 1, 2012
