Appropriates $195,906.00 in special funds to the State Board of Funeral Services for fiscal year 2013 (July 1, 2012 - June 30, 2013).

Authorizes one (1) full-time permanent position for the board.

Permits the board to escalate up to $100,000.00 and one (1) additional full-time permanent position to employ or contract for an investigator.

Requires the board to maintain accounting and personnel records in the same format and detail as fiscal year 2012, with comparable budget request submissions for fiscal year 2014.

Mandates that Personal Services funding for fiscal year 2014 shall not exceed fiscal year 2013 appropriations unless new programs or positions are added by the Legislature.
