Appropriates $9,405,536.00 from the State General Fund to the Mississippi Department of Agriculture and Commerce for fiscal year July 1, 2012 through June 30, 2013.

Authorizes $6,915,165.00 in expenditures from special source funds including Market Bulletin subscription fees and Mississippi Agriculture and Forestry Museum admission fees.

Authorizes 230 permanent full-time positions, 2 permanent part-time positions, 19 time-limited full-time positions, and 0 time-limited part-time positions.

Appropriates $1,100,000.00 for the Beaver Control Program, with $650,000.00 from Mississippi Department of Transportation and private fees, and $200,000.00 from the State Forestry Commission.

Establishes performance targets for fiscal year 2013 including 12,000 pesticides registered, 162,036 museum attendees, 72,000 nozzle inspections, and 263,743 animals inspected.
