Appropriates $200,000.00 from the State General Fund to the Tennessee-Tombigbee Waterway Development Authority for fiscal year 2013 (July 1, 2012 - June 30, 2013).

Authorizes $207,500.00 in expenditures from special source funds collected by or available to the Tennessee-Tombigbee Waterway Development Authority for fiscal year 2013.

Authorizes 3 permanent full-time positions for the agency under the appropriations in this act.

Requires the agency to maintain complete accounting and personnel records in the same format and detail as fiscal year 2012, and submit fiscal year 2014 budget requests in comparable format and detail.

Takes effect July 1, 2012.
