Appropriates $5,495,673 from the State General Fund and $6,641,272 from special funds to the State Department of Audit for fiscal year 2013 (July 1, 2012 through June 30, 2013)

Authorizes 165 permanent full-time positions, 13 permanent part-time positions, and 14 time-limited full-time positions for the department

Sets performance targets including 43 completed audits, 87,215 billable audit hours, 8,000 technical assistance inquiries, and 35,000 technicality actions

Provides $30,000 for CPA Review Course fees for department employees, to be reimbursed by employees over 12 months

Authorizes the department to receive and expend up to $1,500,000 in additional funds from any source to comply with the Single Audit Act of 1984
