Appropriates $3,233,551.00 to the State Treasurer's Office for fiscal year 2013 (July 1, 2012 - June 30, 2013) with 34 authorized full-time permanent positions.

Appropriates $125,000.00 to the Education Improvement Trust Fund No. 3219 for investing funds during fiscal year 2013.

Appropriates $1,388,281.00 to the Mississippi Prepaid Affordable College Tuition (MPACT) Administrative Fund with 4 authorized full-time permanent positions, and $25,000,000.00 to the MPACT Trust Fund for prepaid tuition contract payments.

Appropriates $148,243.00 to the Mississippi Affordable College Savings Administrative Fund with 2 authorized full-time permanent positions.

Appropriates $1,000,000.00 to the MPACT Trust Fund effective immediately through June 30, 2012, and allocates $60,000.00 of MPACT Administrative funds for program promotion in schools.
