Authorizes the City of Natchez governing authorities to contribute up to $100,000 annually to Natchez, Inc., a Mississippi nonprofit corporation for economic development purposes, through fiscal year 2016.

Authorizes the Adams County Board of Supervisors to contribute up to $165,000 annually to Natchez, Inc. for economic development purposes through fiscal year 2016.

Both entities are granted discretionary authority to make these contributions; contributions are not mandatory.

Becomes effective upon passage.
