Recognizes Jackson's career achievements including a 1992 Grammy Award for his album "Spring Training" and a 1990 International Bluegrass Music Association Song of the Year award for "Little Mountain Church House."

Notes Jackson's 2003 Grammy Awards for the album "Livin', Lovin', Losin' - Songs of the Louvin Brothers" as Country Album of the Year and a Vocal Collaboration Grammy for a duet with James Taylor and Alison Krauss.

Highlights additional honors including a Dove Award, multiple songwriting awards, two-time SPBGMA Songwriter of the Year, and 2006 induction into the Mississippi Musician's Hall of Fame.
